Return Policy
When you order from our farm you are guaranteed quality and freshness. Each order is hand packed by myself. Immediately after harvest our nuts are stored in-shell at 39 degrees, and only cracked as needed. We crack and roast frequently so that what arrives at your doorstep is always of the freshest and highest quality. If you are unhappy with your order please email us and we will refund your money. Please also remember to put your nuts in your refrigerator so that they stay fresh while you are using them.Browse Local Producers

Our Story
Founded in 1998 by husband and wife Barb and Fritz Foulke, and now run by their entire family, Freddy Guys is a small hazelnut orchard in Oregon's Willamette Valley. A favorite of Martha Stewart and a staple in the kitchens of Portland's chefs, the Freddy Guys family remains hands-on throughout every step of the growing, harvesting, and roasting processes. To ensure maximum freshness, they fire their Italian-engineered hazelnut roaster twice a week so you get the nuts within three days of roasting."We are able to provide to our customers the freshest roasted hazelnuts because we handle every aspect of growing and processing.
